This week I has chance to talk with one of PCA manager and we discussed together about how to grow up and change in life and work.
He suggested to Focus on customer.
And from my manager point of view, he quite interest in developing in MBA style. So I review on of MBA book names "Visual MBA"by JAson Barron. and then I search in Glassdoor to see job oppotunity in working. Then I found one word "Product owner" which related to scum teamwrok and AGILE development. But in a really big company as my company we have 20k people in thaialand and 100K of people around the word. It is quite hard for us to developing structure of company. For my portion it is one of composition in this big company. I want to do my best in my little portion position. So I have idea for my work scope as water fall and agile hybrid together. AS water fall is work that we plan plan plan and do the work while agile is action of work by cycle; we need to build, test, and review by fastly. So for starting phase I will mixed it up with agile and water fall hybrid together.
After I considered, as we are RD. We have weekly report to do our job for a long time ago, by define build and release, then repeated again.
After review in Glassdoor, they focus on work interview. How is the atmosphere of working and how is the interview is going on.
